What this proves, and what it does not

It proves the credential was signed by the key FLOCORE publishes, nobody altered it, and it binds exactly the action shown.
It does not prove the key is FLOCORE's. The key above is copied from the address named; compare it yourself. The page does not fetch it for you.
It does not check revocation. The signed revocation list is separate.
It does not prove the person read carefully. It proves a signed-in person approved, and records how long they took.
FLOCORE issued this and also wrote the standard, so it is one issuer's evidence, not independent certification. Independent checking needs someone outside, and that is what we are looking for. See limits.
